consumer not happy with the level of service from the painter, they recieved their quote and the work was meant to start this morning the painter did not show up nor did he call, the consumer then called the painter and he said he will be there soon, they waited and still no show, they then tried to call the painter and he ignored them, they then got through to him and he said that he did not have anyone available and that he can't do the work, consumer very unhappy with the level of service and communication
