Sunroom at back of house needs painting, including the ceiling. Room is the original verandah that has been enclosed. Two walls are brick, currently painted with a gloss paint. Other two walls are fibro, one with three windows in. The windows are wood framed and presently painted, they need repainting too.
There is also the opportunity to paint other areas in the house at a later date.
