1st bedroom measures 3 by 3.5m
2nd bedroom measures 3.5 by 4.2m
Ceiling height approx 2.6m
House is 1950's style and walls are made of horsehair plaster. House has been raised 3 years ago so there are some cracks above doors/windows that need to be mended, plus wear and tear from 50+ years of living.
No feature walls required however there is a picture rail in larger room.
