Painting and plastering may be required to a ceiling (approxiamately 4 x 5.2m) due to water damage to a roof (roof is fixed). The water stains is only on a small section which is against the architraves around 60cm x 20cm. However, the whole ceiling may need to be painted.
Also, there looks to be a crack near the water stains on the architraves that may need plastering.
