It is dirty and you will need to do a fair clean as there is also some mould. its about 10 squares, and needs some spac filler in about a dozen holes of a couple of centimetres and about a dozen screw holes. The front door needs sanding after a poor previous job where they must have covered a hole, and one internal door needs a 6 centimetre patch or bog....don't worry about low chips as I will put in sj=skirting.
