Received a phone call from Plush and did not like the way the phone conversation was conducted came across as unproffessional especially when I said I would call back that night with an appropriate time for plush to give a quote...when I said this the person on the phone said just make sure it's not between 6.00 to 6.30 as I will be doing quote...quite taken back with this attitude...and you guessed it i have not bothered calling back as I feel if the phone call is unproffessional then the job will be as well.
