Thanks for reading this. we are looking at having the exterior gutters, eves and window sills painted from horrible aqua to brown - colours already selected from dulex catalogue. at this stage not sure if we should provide paint or if it would be more econimcal to have the painer supply. we are in the midst of a mini cosmetic reno so we can sell for a better price. we are also looking at doing the interior we think we can do this ourselves ... looking for best value / price. depending on price can have exterior done immediately. many thanks again - look forward to your response. have a great day.
