The second floor all exterior timber including the windos and fascia needs to be painted. The timber will need to be sanded where the paint is pealing and revealed. The roof is fairly steep. Only the two sides of the house needs painting. Happy to answer any questions, but strictly no variations to the price is acceptable. Minimum of 5 years warranty on materials and workmanship is required in writing. A bad job will definitely get a matching review and a good job will be given a great review.
