Weatherboards along two sides of a residential property need painting, much of the preparation has been done but some more is still required. The front of the house, verandah and picket fence also need painting, no preparation work has been done here. The house is single story, but is almost as high as a two story house
This is an unfinished job, we were dissatisfied with the quality of the work by a previous painter. We expect you to use your own tools, we have some materials, but we require a quote that includes the cost of additional materials. There is some replacement of weatherboard required.
