I require a painter to paint the back outside area of my house (please refer to attached photographs), including fence, weatherboards and patio area. Also require the front part of the house (single storey terrace) to be painted.

Fred Lelah
Fred was prompt to leave call once I posted the job, and he attended the same day and provided an extremely cheap oral quote. Depsite requesting a written quote, I have not received it, nor have I had any other contract from Fred. The oral quote was approximately $5,000 cheaper than the next cheapest quote, and all other three quotes obtained were around the more expensive price range. This is a worry, expecially given the feedback provided by other consumers who were given a cheap quote, but then charged double or more once the job began/was completed. Accordingly, I have not chosen Fred\'s quote.
