Hi,
our commerical business is located in the heart of the cbd and i am wanting good, reliable and at a reasonable cost to get our two floors that we occupy in the building a spruce up.
our main wall colour is white, however there are marks which are becoming more noticeable when you enter our premises and therefore would like someone who will be able to give these areas a coat or two.
our business operating ours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm, however i will need someone to be available and is able to do the job either earlier say between 7-8am or afterhours after 5pm before staff and clients visiting our office come in for the day.
a staff member will provide adquate access to get access to the floors for before start of the day, however afterhours access can be arranged as long as someone is here by 5pm, then a temporary access pass will be provided to them so they can gain access to our floors when no one is around at that time.
