3 bed split level townhouse needs a freshen up. We are new owners and would like to paint before we move all out furniture in. We require all ceilings, bedrooms, doors and inside built-in robes. Wet areas (bathrooms) will not need to be done. There are a few cracks and screw holes etc to be filled with this job, but nothing out of the ordinary.
It has a large wooden railing that we would like to discuss options on - either to sand back to wood and stain/ varnish or just repaint over.
Will require 3 shades of white (bright for ceiling, light-med for walls, neutral for trim. Each bedroom will have a feature wall with colour. One of the bedrooms feature walls is currently exposed brick.
