I recently have some renovation in part of the house and need a sunroom and a small attached bedroom painted.
1: The walls are white (Swan White)with some patches of repair. That is the base is clean. Skirting need paint but are white.
2: Ceiling is new gyprock sanded and ready for under coat.
3: Doors and windows are ok as-is, minor touch-ups might be required.
NO SPRAY PAINTING please.
