Painting interior of 3 brm unit

I have all the paint. Three bedroom unit needs preparation and painting of interior. Ceilings do not need painting, except for bathroom, where tiled walls don't need painting but ceiling does. Unit was painted approx 2 years ago, but I want to change colours. Colour was whiteish, now want to paint with beige colours.
