2 bedroom unit requires painting in approximately 1-2 weeks time.
- Unit only 5 years old approx, so existing (white) paint in reasonable condition.
- Looking for 'refresh' only, in similar white (colour not critical). So no sanding back or multiple coats etc. required. Just looking to spruce it up a bit and make it new-ish again.
- Walls in great condition. Any nail holes will be filled by us.
- Unit will be empty and clean prior to painting
- 2 stories, approximate floor sizes below.
- Level 1, lounge room and kitchen (30sqm), entrance (5sqm), bathroom (3sqm)
- Level 2, bedroom 1 (10sqm), bedroom 2 (9sqm), hallway & stairwell (10sqm), bathroom (3sqm)
- Can provide photos on request to assist with quoting.
- We're looking for a ballpark quote for the project, including paint and materials, and a time frame (when and how long).
- I will be able to assist if required for simple labour tasks (moving ladders, getting coffees etc.), but if I'm just going to get in the way I'm happy to wait outside!
