Made appointment, turned up on time. Took time to look at work to be done and made some good suggestions. Quoted a fair price for the job and was accepted. Commences work tomorrow Thursday 17/12. Will take about 4 days to complete. Job finished. Excellent work, highly recommended. Will use again.

Made a booking for quote at 10am Saturday 12/12/09. Did not show up. No further communications. Been advised that not showing up to quote is usual for this company. Their response to this claim not accurate as was at apartment from 8am. Did not telephone either as phone was in my shirt pocket. Did not knock on door as security building and they would have to use intercom.
