3 bedroom, single storey, 1960's weatherboard house.
Weatherboards in reasonable condition, last painted maybe 6 years ago.
House dimensions: 7 metres wide, 13m long, estimated ?2.7m high area to be painted (= 54 square metres).
Area to be painted includes cast-iron deck railing, patio trim and gutters.
Cost of paint not needed in quote.
Important to know that I'm researching at this stage, and thinking to start work around September 2013. Happy to pay cash in hand.
