I am owner-building a house in Gundaroo NSW, 2620. I have an approved DA & CC and am ready to commence construction after selecting the contractors.
I would like a quote for painting of entire interior of a new build, and the exterior eaves. Please include supply of undercoat and 2 coats of Dulex Wash & Wear. Architraves, door frames & skirting will be semi-gloss; walls & ceilings will be flat. Windows don't require painting.
Please note I'm fussy - so if you can't cut a straight line, please don't waste your time quoting.
I will require a written quote from the successful contractor. Please note the successful contractor will need to provide a reference of past work, proof of NSW license & insurances and sign the Dept of Fair Trading Home Building Contract.
