Albert Towers is an 8 story apartment block built in 1969 on the corner of Canterbury Road and Cowdery St, West St Kilda.
Requirement:
• Prepare and paint (2 coats) vestibule and lift-well area on each level.
• Commencement of work: from Monday 30 June.
• Timeframe: Work to be undertaken continuously once the job has commenced.
• Completion required by Monday 7 July.
I will be available for you to inspect the site on Monday 23 June 11AM — 7 PM.
