All wood frames. The frames are quite deteriorated, some windows worse than others. They need rot removed & repaired in several places, sanding back to cracked & peeling paint, re-priming and re-painting. A couple are either stuck closed, or stuck open. Single storey house, south side under cover. East side 3 medium windows, North side 1 large & 1 medium window, West side 1 medium & 1 toilet window, South side 1 medium & 2 small windows plus adjoining door/window the size of a standard sliding door opening.
