• Bedroom 1 and 2 and the hallway walls and ceilings to be painted with 2 coats of Wattyl Washable Acrylic, colour to be Natural White.
• Living room ceiling and walls to be painted with 2 coats of Wattyl Washable Acrylic, colour to be Natural White
• Bathrooms and laundry to be painted with 2 coats of Wattly Anti-Mould paint, colour to be Natural White.
• Two architraves in the living room to be painted with Semi-Gloss Enamel, colour to be matched to existing (some window seals to be touched up).
• Front door to be painted from both sides, outside brown and inside matched to existing.
• Back door to be painted, colour to be matched to existing.
• Front of the house to be touched up with existing left over paint.
• Decking to be stained with 2 coats of Dulux decking oil.
All painted surfaces will be cleaned where necessary to remove dirt, dust or other foreign matter. Mold growth will be removed with anti mould solution. All flaking paint and minor corrosions will be removed by wire brushing, scraping or sanding to achieve a sound substrate for repairing.
Hairline cracks will be filled prior to application of paint. Any loss or missing window putty will be replaced. Bare areas will be primed or sealed and undercoated where necessary to achieve a sound surface for application of the finished coat. All surfaces will be coated with appropriate finish paint to achieve complete opacity in existing colors.
