Require exterior painting to cedar timber framed windows to front balconies of house. on the lower balcony there are 2 panels measuring 2100wx1550h and 2 panels measuring 1500wx1500h with 4 windows in each panel. on the upper balcony there is 1 panel 2700wx1200h and 1 panel 1700wx1400h again with 4 windows in each panel. access from the exterior is only available from metal clad roof areas but previous painting of the window frames was reached from the inside balcony areas.
