Stair banister, window and skirting currently stained timber - change to white gloss paint . Prepare and apply undercoat and 2 finishing coats. There are 18 stairs. Window has arch top with colonial style glazing bars.Window 1200mm x 1500mm and to be painted inside and out.
Best quality paint only to be used.
Work to commence and be completed in the week beginning 23 November 2015.
