Front Doors 2xWilliam Russell 2040mm 2 Panel 820mm MDF ROUTED PANEL and MOULDED Doors painted to quality gloss finish (colours as per existing doors) .(Owner to supply doors)

Window frames, sills, facia and surrounds: to be prepared including sanding, builders bog and gap filling where required on windows on first and second floors. Areas of repair to be spot primed in tinted undercoat and top coat of low sheen acrylic to be applied (including entrance area).

South side
Window frames, sills, facia and surrounds: to be prepared including sanding, builders bog and gap filling where required on windows on first and second floors. Areas of repair to be spot primed with tinted undercoat and top coat of low sheen acrylic to be applied
Bay window to receive full top coat on all surfaces.

Corner facia near bay window: to be prepared including sanding, builders bog and gap filling where required. Areas of repair on facia to be spot primed with tinted undercoat and top coat of low sheen acrylic to be applied

Rear - north and west sides
Window frames, sills, facia, surrounds and doors: to be prepared including sanding, builders bog and gap filling where required on windows on first and second floors. Areas of repair to be spot primed in tinted undercoat and top coat of low sheen acrylic to be applied to all surfaces
Facia above West facing feature window: to be prepared including sanding, builders bog and gap filling where required. Areas of repair to be spot primed with tinted undercoat and top coat of low sheen acrylic to be applied

• Quote excludes paint and can be purchased by “company quoting” at trade prices and reimbursed
• All colours to be confirmed or matched but based on colour scheme similar to existing colours
• Rear garage door to be replaced with a new door (Owner to supply) (and to be painted by “Company Quoting”)
