I have a salt water in ground pool with a timber deck that has seen no maintenance for 4 years and is grey in colour. the timber is a malaysian hardwood and is screwed to timber bearers and supported by steel supports set in concrete. the area of the deck is approximately 45sq meters. i would like it stained or painted to give the least ongoing maintenance.
