Renovated weatherboard high set house requires painting

Exterior:- I would like second level outside weatherboards to be painted for which I will supply the paint. Currently has one coat of paint on, prior to that the boards were bare. Also on the second level the windows need to be oiled and windows clean outside. I will provide the stain i.e. silkens brand. Windows currently have one coat on them. Interior:- painting of 9 ceilings of various sizes on bare imitation VJ wood (except one larger area that has basic undercoat). Also require hallway to be painted which is also imitation VJ bare wood. Most areas have no furniture in them but some do. All have light fittings in all rooms. Painter needs to be tidy and for no paint to detroy new light fittings; or get on furniture/fittings in the rooms that do have them.
