Rent a special ladder to reach a high area above staircase

I am painting my double story house and need a special ladder delivered to rent so I'm able paint the wall edges above the stair case safely. I can reach the main wall with an extendable roller from the top level floor, however cannot reach the top edge that spans over a few metres with the paint brush. The ground floor is not visible when I'm on the top level, you can only see the 3rd step and above, so I'm thinking a special ladder that sits on the top level that can be securely mounted might be the only option.
