I manage the property on behalf of the owner. the property is now vacant and i need to provide the owner with two quotes before i can go head with painting. 2 bedrooms, 2 hallways, kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.
i need the painting to be completed within 2 weeks of approval. painting quote is for all internal works, skirting, walls, doors, ceilings etc in an off white / cream colour or something you would recommend to freshen the unit up.
