The office (approx 3 metres across) comprises three walls (the fourth is windows) - one of these walls is wallpaper which can either be removed or painted over. we will need advice on best approach. the long, thin laundry (approx 3 metres in length) has had some water damage on the ceiling and walls due to a leak upstairs. both these rooms are downstairs. the work would include an office door and a back door which has two panels of glass.
