Paint foyer of small (12 unit) apartment block plus stair well. building has 7 floors plus basement and access to roof. there are skirting board on all floors except basment and foyer. there are at least two doors on every floor which we would require painted in gloss paint. the walls would be in low sheen acrylic. the colour would be a pale cream similar to the colour there at present however not as yellow.
