We're in need of a painter from 1st sept 2011. manly address.
The interior is currently peach, but we'd prefer a change to a beige, with an off-white for the doors and frames.
The unit will be empty for this job, with floor boards/carpet to go down after the painting's finished.
The areas we want painted:
- 2 bedrooms
- 1 study
- hallway
- bathroom/toilet (there are some wall tiles in the bathroom)
- dining/lounge
- kitchen
- laundry
- 9 doors - sanded and painted (currently a laquered wood)
- 9 door frames
There are no skirting boards or window frames, and the roof does not need painting.
We'd prefer to use premium Dulux Wash & Wear paint - 2 coats. we're not sure if it needs a base coat.
Oportunity for viewing this Sat 4th June (morning).
