Three level town house in Rozelle, 15 yrs old, on 3 levels, internal stairs between levels. All interior walls are painted gypsum board. Carpets will be removed by owner prior to painting . Owner will remove floating wooden floor and skirting in living areas prior to painting. Skirting will need to be painted with white gloss enamel. There are 4 bedrooms, two living areas and a dining area, plus stairwell. Architraves not being painted.
