The room is 4.7m high, 3.2m wide and about 6m long.
There is also a 'hallway', 2.1m high, 2.6mx2.1m at the top of stairs.
It has been a rental so the plasterboard walls are a little damaged.
The intent is to remove the carpet, do the painting and then lay new flooring.
Whether the ceiling is also painted is dependent on the overall cost.
