The house is an old post war Queenslander and has suffered some minor water damage in the ceilings in the kitchen. Need an assessment of the damage and repair/replacement if needed, plsu repainting. Painting needed for ceilings in kitchen, dining, toilet, lounge, formal dining and hallways. Also require walls/skirting boards/cornices to be painted in the same rooms plus 1 bedroom.
In addition, need external windows repainted in toilet, bathroom, lounge and formal dining areas and 3 bedrooms.
