1. I need the staircase and landing balustrade painted. A base coat has already been applied. A light sand down is required in parts where the paint has run. Paint is: Resene Semi Gloss White. (water based)
2. The existing silicon around the 2 x basins and a bath need removing and replacing. I have a gun and silicon ready to use (but am worried if I do it the results will not be up to standard)
