Made an appointment to meet at house to get a quote. Was told that I would receive a confirmation call the day before quote. On the day of the quote I still hadn\'t received a confirmation call, so I called Peter who advised he was not able to come and give me a quote. Terrible customer service, was not contacted at all to be told not to bother to go to house, lucky I followed up myself or I would have been waiting there. Would not recommend.
