all the timber work needs painting including the metal surround for the security door. that’s the two sets of windows, front door and architrave, stoop (timber step in plum) and facia board under the gutter.
2. side house (north aspect)
both windows (bathroom and loungeroom)
3. back of house facing the garden (east aspect – bedroom window)

4. side house (south aspect adjacent to side path)
small laundry window is rotting. there is a small exposed hole – can this be ‘gooped’ up and painted over?

5. window on north side needs to be painted. do not worry about painting the moulding above the window. paint facia.
6. front of garage facing into back garden
facia underneath guttering, windows either side of the french doors, french doors (inside and out in plum) and the two verticle decorative timber mouldings either side of the french doors. do not worry about painting the moulding above the french doors
7. back of garage facing onto back lane
facia underneath guttering and wall either side of roller door.
8. facia on the southern windowless side of the garage needs to be painted
note: please advise painters that he/she understand that sanding and cleaning down the surfaces before they begin to paint and that will be reflected in the price.
