Vermiculite ceiling for painting

We are in the process of renovating our unit and need the vermiculite ceiling in our combined lounge/kitchen repainted white. I would say the roof area is around 30sqm as that is around the amount of floating floor we will be putting down.
The current colour is white and the paint condition is not bad, I think it was done a couple years ago but we are changing the light fittings and have removed a wall so these touch ups will require the whole roof to be redone we think. We are ready to commence work straight away.
