1 bedroom unit with vermiculite ceiling which has not been painted for at least 10-15yrs.
Ceiling appears to be an oatmeal type colour and the lounge area has a few visible water marks.
Unsure if it is possible to maybe render the ceiling to achieve a flatter texture & then simply have the ceiling rolled??
