The outside upstairs part of the house needs painting. one of the eaves in particular is badly weathered. we would also like a quote on having the inside repainted. there are a lot of picutres on the wall and assuming that this will require hooks to be removed before painting, spack filled then painted. i would like a quote on whole inside of house, and just the stairs and upstairs rooms and hall. the property will be vacant from 22 october to 25 october for the job to be done. i need to speak to the real estate agent about times to get the quotes done.
