I need an assessment on my car
Irene requested 3 quotes from Panel Beaters in Altona North
this is a carpark incident. i parked at borrack square shopping centre in altona north. i slowly started to back out when another car out of nowhere stopped directly behind me. i looked left and right twice and the way was clear (i had an passenger with me as eye witness). the owner of the other vehicle went through insurance manufacturer of australia and have sent me a quote of $800+ costs in damages. i have since replied to their letter and quote saying "i have reason to question the amount on the itemised quote you have provided when my car did not sustain any damage in the incident".
therefore, i am seeking a registered panelbeater(s) in the hobsons bay vacinity for an assessment on both vehicles also, is it possible for the perspective panelbeater to go to the other vehicle's premises to do the assessment or do they have another alternative suggestion.
