Repair boot lid holes caused by rear spoiler mounts breaking

Rear spoiler on ba falcon xt has broken at the feet where it is mounted to the bootlid and as a result it has only been held on by one bolt. As a result of the spoiler movement the holes in the boot lid have become larger and have allowed rust to start around the mounting holes. I would like two separate quotes - one to repair the holes and the rust in the boot lid and a second quote on repairing the mounting feet on the spoiler and remounting the spoiler to the boot lid.
