Hi, I recently bought a 1940s renovated brick Californian Bungalow. Excellent sub floor access. Vendor warned me there was an ant problem, but did not realise how bad. In last 2 weeks it has been severe. Very small brown ants every where in kitchen, and in studio / office over brick garage. Ant Rid just ain't the thing. Tried a couple of baits under house (there really is EXCELLENT access so I am sure you can get to the root of the problem ). I need someone really urgently, but must be someone who is prepared to work after hours / weekends as I start a major piece of contract work on Monday 2 Feb, so have limited availability during day. Not looking for cheapest option at all, but rather someone qualified in use of chemicals, (and able to show evidence of qualifications) very flexible about working hours, and someone very safe in terms of chemical use, as I have 3 young sons.
