Have rats entering roof cavity, they are active at night, day and morning. have had a quick look in manhole dead old rat skeloton, also various old packets of rat posion. previous owners have also left old books and toys and other junk in roof.
have had one pest inspection which was useless will not consider using them again (blakes pest control). really need to get rid of rats. have even seen them scaling back fence one night! they drive my jack russell crazy! not to mention us!
