I am a landlord having issues with my property. the tenants report that there are possums in the roof. i had a similar issue 6 months ago and paid to have them removed and the roof "possum proofed". the issue is back again and they are saying that the entry is through the floor???
i would just like someone let me know what is required to fix this.
