A visual subterranean termite inspection report was recently carried out and showed visible signs of active termite infestation and damage. It was recommended that a termite management program in accordance with AS 3660 be carried out. As this is an investment property I would like to keep the costs to a minimum where possible.
I am looking for quotes at this stage before I proceed with any work. Ultimately I would like to eradicate any termites in the property and minimise the damage caused by active termites and prevent further termite activity from happening.
The main areas of damage were found in sections of subfloors and roofspace timbers of building, various internal walls of building, formwork timbers under cottage and in loose timbers at left exterior elevation of property.
