Carport and front of house ceiling plaster needs replacing, is falling down

Half of the ceiling plaster has come off my carport ceiling. The ceiling plaster for the carport and the front of my house requires replacing, sooner than later please.
There are electrical elements (lights and automatic light sensor) which will need to be considered, as well as an automatic garage door which may need to be taken down for the work to take place.
The builders of the house unfortunately did not use cement sheet, hence the problem.
I'm a Primary School Teacher, and am best contacted after 4pm most days. Preference for quotes to be given on the weekend if possible.
