Have an old 2 bedder unit with vermiculite. Would like ceiling over the vermiculite. Top floor (3rd floor). Roof height is 2600mm, do not want to loose to much of height if possible. Electricals to stay the same (just oyster lights). After someone that can do the lot (ceiling, electricals and paint it)
