Installation of a heater in my unit has resulted in the damage to the ceiling – a chip in the plasterboard and a crack (the crack is about 80cm long). Could you please provide a quote for fixing the damage, and itemise what’s involved. If the ceiling needs to be painted, the surface of the room is 23 sq m, average height. This is a single story ground floor unit, easy access.
