It's a 1928 late Edwardian weather board home. with the drought, the plaster has cracked, especially in the kitchen, quite severe, ideally i would like to remove the old lava plaster and insert new plaster boards. the lounge room has severe cracks to one side of the wall which i would like it replaced with new board or repaired if possible. the bathroom needs cornice added to 4 walls, standard size bathroom. i will provide the cornice. i also would like to insert new rosettes to 6 rooms, i will provide the rosettes. hallway has a few cracks above the front door. one of the bedroom wall is cracked. most of the house has cracks everywhere, it needs to be repaired so i can commence with painting.
